Dean & Lorie Loftus
Dean and Lorie have always loved camp. Both of them made life directing decisions at camp in their youth, so it was no surprise when God led them into camp work full time. The wonderful surprise was, though, that God graciously let them meet and fall in love at Red Cliff. Both have been privileged to know and learn from the founder, Phil Tubbs, and his wife Lois, as well as from co-workers, Dick and Deirdre MacGill. Those couples’ choices to live lives of faith and dedication to the calling of God has strongly encouraged Dean and Lorie to do the same at Red Cliff for the past twenty years.
Dean and Lorie have been blessed with four wonderful children: Phillip, Ellie, Gannett, and Isaac. Together the Loftus family enjoys the ministry of Red Cliff, the beauty of the great outdoors (esp. on foot, on skis, or on snowmachines), and the friendship of so many people God has brought across their paths. It is truly a privilege to serve at Red Cliff Bible Camp.
